Out of a lifetime of ministry, Ward speaks today at churches, adult retreats and ministry conferences on transformational living, learning and leading in life’s second half. He began ministry as a young evangelist in 1959, and has served as a denominational youth director, a Christian college public relations director, a guest lecturer and adjunct professor, a writer and novelist, and pastor in three churches, including 5 years as pastor of the Assembly of God in Forks WA, 23 years as senior pastor of Valley Christian Center, Dublin CA, 7 years as executive pastor/pastoral care at the nondenominational Westminster Chapel of Bellevue WA. He served 6 years as president/executive director of CASA 50+ Network. He speaks to key questions in every Christ-follower’s life.

“Who is God in my life right now? Who am I at this time in my life?                                                                           What shall I do with the years that remain?” 

Ward has authored several novels and other books. He has an earned doctorate in theology. His living room is the Wednesday morning gathering place for business and professional men who share their spiritual journeys together. He is a widower with two married children three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and two great grandsons. His interests and ministry have taken him to over fifty countries of the world.
